Summary: The hotel itself seemed to be clean; however, my room wasnt the cleanest. Brown, dried up urine on toilet that I asked to be cleaned upon entering the room was never cleaned. I checked in Sunday and out Friday (5 nights), never received housekeeping service, even after calling front desk to request it. I was told they did not have housekeeping available at that time. Pool was down for first three days of our stay, which was really a bomber since I intentionally chose a Residence Inn knowing they had a pool and basketball court for my two teenage boys.
